Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

SHIPPING

We know that satisfaction with your online order doesn't start until you have the product(s) in-hand.  So, we're dedicated to shipping online orders within 2 business days.  Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.  All orders will be shipped via FedEx, unless a more cost effective method is available.  For larger orders, GCSAA may require signature (or other validation) for delivery.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We value all of our store customers, and want to do everything we can make sure customers are happy with their purchase.  If sizing is the issue, we'll do our best to complete an exchange for the same product.  GCSAA will handle order return requests on a case-by-case basis, with the ultimate goal of doing the right thing for our members and customers.  Generally speaking, we do not accept returns for worn or used items.  Currently, there are no time limits for returns or exchanges.

Please note that additional shipping changes may apply for returns or exchanges.  Unless otherwise noted, these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
